The Enterprise approach to claims is what sets us apart from our competitors.

Whenever a Client suffers a meaningful claim it is our policy to immediately advise insurers and to work with either their appointed claims inspector or loss adjuster.

We will only allow them to visit our Client’s site accompanied by us in order that we may ensure a full and fair claim settlement including, of course, a speedy agreement to rebuild and replace damaged plant and stock and to ensure that our Clients receive payments on account to smooth the recovery path.

It is not for us to allow our Clients to be visited without our presence and to learn afterwards of problems or issues resulting in either a delay in settlement or even a declinature.

We have dealt with a number of claims for our clients involving settlements in six figures and in all cases our Clients have received fair settlements and have been able to fully recover their pre-accident business position.
