1. Accountants
Enterprise Insurance will arrange cover to comply with the requirements of chartered and certified Accountants at a competitive premium as we have a significant number of Agencies with approved specialist insurers in the local and London markets.
2. Solicitors
Enterprise Insurance will arrange cover to comply with the requirements of The Law Society. We are registered on the Law Society web-site as an approved Insurance Broker and specialise in arranging cover for new start-up firms, as well as Established firms of Solicitors from 1-10 partners. We have access to virtually the whole market of approved insurers and so will be able to provide a competitive and realistic premium. This is especially so for 4-10 partner firms where we have an exclusive access with a global insurer for solicitor firms that have:-
a) a good claims ratio
b) Institute good risk management proceedures
Please note that by having this exclusive facility no other insurance broker is able to access our terms and premiums.
We are also more than happy to provide advice to Firms i.e.
a) Sole Practitioners who are considering retiring.
b) That are considering either merging or de-merging particularly in regard to ‘successor practice’ cover.
c) That are in or wish to avoid being placed in the Assigned Risk Pool.
