Commercial Energy Assessor Insurance
As you would expect we are offering very wide cover with generous limits to apply.
We believe that we have a UNIQUE benefit of cover included-namely that all of our policies will automatically include 6 year run-off cover. This will commence from the date that the certificate is issued on a per click/pay as you go basis or from the end of the policy period for assessors insured under the annual policy, provided that you do not cancel the policy or effect another professional indemnity policy.
This automatic run-off cover will only apply to insurances arranged through us or our partner Accreditation companies which means that if you are continuously insured you will not have to worry about claims being made after you have stopped working or become retired.
Our partner Accreditation companies through which cover can be arranged on a per click / pay as you go basis are:-
1. ECMK Ltd / EPC Solutions Ltd
2. Home Inspectors Certification Ltd / Home Inspector. EU Ltd
3. Stroma Technology Ltd
Our standard limit of indemnity are:-
Professional Indemnity – limit £2.000.000 any one claim
Public Liability – limit £5,000,000 any one claim
An excess of £250 will apply each and every claim under each section.
The annual premiums on this basis are:-
Level 3 Assessor - £350.00 + 5% IPT
Level 3+4 Assessor - £450.00 + 5% IPT
Public Buildings - £350.00 + 5% IPT

Cover can easily be arranged by completion of a simple Proposal form. If you wish to pay the premium by monthly instalments then we will also require a direct debit to be completed.
