Our criteria in taking care of our Client’s Insurance requirements centres upon the need to guarantee individual and personal attention.

Each client is important.  We do recognise that our Clients require special attention combined with expert advice.

An individual experienced account manager is thus designated to:

  • Provide up to date information with regard to the cover that is considered appropriate.
  • Keep the client informed of new legislation which may have an effect on the risks Insured.
  • Provide succinct documentation.
  • Give an immediate response to any reported claim
